As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our Industrial Coding & Marking Solutions department. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with a passion for customer engagement and solution-based selling.
🎯 Role Summary
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving business growth through consultative selling of industrial coding and marking systems. This includes understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale support.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries (e.g., food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, heavy industry, etc.)
- Understand client production processes to recommend optimal coding and marking technologies
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations
- Collaborate closely with the technical team for system integration and after-sales support
- Maintain strong customer relationships and manage key accounts
- Report market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to the department head
🧠 Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related field)
- 2+ years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in industrial equipment or automation systems
- Strong understanding of industrial marking/coding technologies (CIJ, TIJ, laser, thermal transfer, etc.) is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and travel as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM systems knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in [Insert Language]; English proficiency is required
