Job Overview

We are seeking a driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team at Fivebro Water Services Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer accounts, with a focus on our water treatment products and services. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales engineering or a related field within the water treatment industry, demonstrating an understanding of technical product specifications.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively present and promote our services to prospective customers.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite for managing prospects and compiling reports.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment to drive sales performance.
  • Technical background in water treatment processes or a related engineering discipline is preferred.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, nurturing leads through to successful acquisition and follow-up.
  • Conduct site assessments and work closely with client engineering teams to specify technical needs and challenges.
  • Develop and present proposals to clients, including detailed descriptions of products and services that meet their specific requirements.
  • Maintain an active engagement with customers and industry contacts to build lasting relationships and sustain business growth.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and product teams to ensure customer specifications are met during project execution.
  • Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to facilitate customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategic campaigns that highlight specific product benefits and business solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business possibilities and stay ahead of industry developments.
