Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead and expand our sales operations in North America, based in San Jose. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales within the semiconductor or acoustic component industries, with a proven track record of building customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and managing key accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within strategic markets (consumer electronics, automotive, IoT, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align customer needs with company capabilities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and market intelligence
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in sales or business development in semiconductors, MEMS, sensors, or acoustic solutions
  • Strong network in consumer electronics or related industries is highly desirable
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
  • Willingness to travel as required
