What are the Responsibilities?

The Sales Director drives sales for upscale properties, leading a high-performing team, cultivating client relationships, conducting market research, collaborating with marketing, monitoring sales data, ensuring legal compliance, and reporting to senior management. Monthly sales quotas must be met.



What are the Requirements?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field; Broker's License is a plus
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or director-level role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in mid to high-end residential real estate
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and motivating large sales teams
  • Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of the Philippine real estate market, buyer behavior, and competitive landscape
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
