With a strong heritage, entrepreneurial spirit and a bold innovation pipeline, they are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead and accelerate their commercial strategy across Taiwan.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the national/regional sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage key customer relationships across all channels and build strong partnerships with distributors and strategic accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Deliver on sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets while optimizing trade spend and ROI.
  • Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and efficient execution of commercial plans.
  • Lead annual business planning and monthly forecasting processes with accuracy and agility.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal controls, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.


The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years solid sales management experience in MNC FMCG companies. Spirits experience is a big plus
  • Strong learning agility and able to think out of the box
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial results and building successful sales teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven and performance-focused, with solid analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Solid people leadership with experience to lead a sizeable sales team
