Our client is a Fraud/Identity scale up, at the forefront of innovation, revolutionising the Identity and Fraud space with their cutting-edge Idenity solutions. This hire is an early hire in this territory, a player/coach to carry a bag and manage some more jr. sales reps.🔍


The Role:

As a Sales Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and success of the US team. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Sales, you'll be the go-to expert for new business development, focusing on building their enterprise customer base with their state-of-the-art suite of solutions. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships from the ground up, and has a knack for turning technical details into compelling narratives, they want to hear from you!📲🙋‍♀️


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Showcase Expertise: Identify and pursue new business opportunities 🔍
  • Engage and Educate: Grow a new territory from ground up, hunter sales. Attend trade shows, expo's and be the customer facing rep, sculpting their Enterprise reputation🫰
  • Build Connections: Build and maintain strong enterprise client relationships across large Enterprises🤝
  • Collaborate for Success: Collaborate with Sales Engineering, further GTM reps, Marketing, and other internal teams to refine their messaging and ensure customers are heard.💼
  • Represent: Prepare and present at industry conferences, events and webinars, championing their solutions to a broader audience.🎯


What They’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 10+ years in a hands-on new business role with a proven track record in a net new logo capacity within Identity & Fraud. 🌐
  • Leadership: 2-3 years managing a small team, within a start-up. Player/Coach (Early Revenue)
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of Identity & Fraud. Experience and drive to work in a start-up environment.✏️
  • Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation abilities, with a knack for managing customer expectations and delivering results.
  • Network: Bonus if you have a strong network with Large Enterprises.👥
  • Attitude: Energetic, positive, and self-motivated with a strong "get it done" mindset. Able to work independently and thrive without micromanagement.🌟
  • Sales Intuition: Strong understanding of "Sales Math", to dig deeper into the pain and always be qualifying in or out, so there is minimal time wasted on half qualified prospects. Strong forecasting ability.💥
