Summary

Job Summary:

Responsible for positioning and selling CBS Solutions across North America and Latin America countries to maximize growth in the region.


Primary Objectives:

  • Meet and exceed revenue targets for licenses, services and support across all product lines.
  • Competency in positioning the portfolio at a “C” level.
  • Build deep and active relationships with our client’s decision makers.
  • Identify new markets, opportunities and leads.
  • Close opportunities in a timely and managed process.
  • Lead sales generation and pipeline management.
  • Increase brand awareness within the region with the marketing team.
  • Create and execute an account plan with the guidance of the Head of Sales and Marketing.
  • Identify and on-board new partners.
  • Assist in the creation of a marketing strategy.
  • Organize and coordinate presentations between the pre-sales team and the potential customers.
  • Review and validate RFIs and RFPs, with Pre-sales team.
  • Represent the company at regional events and shows.


Requirements:

  • Sales account management professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience selling Core and Digital Banking solutions.
  • Experience in selling for LATAM and North America Countries.
  • Proven track record over achievement of software license sales targets in the banking and financial services sectors.
  • Sound knowledge of the Banking industry.
  • Ability to forecast in an accurate manner.
  • Proven network of executive level contacts in the region.
  • Knowledge of IT and Banking is a must.
  • Strong exposure to the banking industry in LATAM and North America Countries.


Languages:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • French is a plus.

  • Proven problem-solving capacity, including needs analysis and business justification skills.
  • Able to collaborate with colleagues at all levels within an organization and show and demonstrate negotiating skills with key decision makers.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, ambitious, independent, organized, focused, able to multi-task and work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Large experience in selling to the banking and financial markets in the targeted areas.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $70K to $80K annually (depending on experience and qualifications)
  • Incentive Bonus: Up to $70K annually, based on achievement of sales targets
