Responsibilities

• Engage directly with startup CEOs and Founders through a strong cold-calling mentality (“no amount of calls is enough”)
• Play a pivotal role in securing executive search engagements that shape tech leadership teams
• Quickly evolve from initial outreach responsibilities to independently running strategic meetings

Qualifications

• A recent graduate with ~1+ years of proven success in outbound sales or SDR roles
• Track record of exceeding activity metrics in a high call volume environment
• Experienced in direct outreach to C-level startup leaders or SMB decision-makers
• Any experience selling services is a big plus
• Familiarity with tech tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Navigator (a plus, not required)
