Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation, preferably in IT services, consulting, or financial technology sectors.

As we expand our global footprint and service portfolio, we are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive who can support our efforts in exploring new markets, engaging prospects, and building lasting client relationships. Your drive, research skills, and communication will help generate opportunities and create real business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
· Identify new business opportunities by conducting research, market analysis, and account mapping.
· Drive lead generation via cold-calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
· Schedule discovery calls and meetings with key stakeholders (C-level executives, Directors, and Managers).
· Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems (Zoho or equivalent).
Sales Support & Campaign Execution:
· Assist in executing outbound/inbound sales and marketing campaigns.
· Qualify and nurture leads, ensuring they are moved through the sales funnel effectively.
· Create and deliver engaging sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs.
Relationship Management:
· Cultivate relationships with clients and internal teams to align on goals and strategies.
· Build rapport and trust with decision-makers and influencers across financial institutions.
· Support senior sales executives in client engagement, meeting follow-ups, and deal support.
Market Research & Strategy:
· Conduct fundamental research on target industries, companies, and competitors.
· Contribute to strategic planning by sharing insights and feedback from client conversations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 1–2 years of experience in business development, cold calling, inside sales, or lead generation.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills—both verbal and written.
· Ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders is a plus.
· Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.
· Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and generate leads independently.
· Prior experience in the IT services, financial services, or consulting domain is advantageous.
· High degree of self-motivation, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
