Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling: Conduct 200–300 high-quality outbound calls daily to engage potential clients in the US market.

Appointment Setting: Secure 8–10 qualified appointments per month with decision-makers across various industries.

Outreach Strategy: Leverage LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other outreach platforms to identify and connect with prospective clients.

Market Research: Identify key decision-makers, understand their pain points, and position our IT services as the ideal solution.

Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into scheduled appointments.

CRM Management: Record all interactions, update prospect information, and track progress in the CRM system.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Key Requirements

Experience: 4–5 years of proven cold-calling experience in the US market, ideally within the IT services sector.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.

Platform Proficiency: Proficient in LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and other lead-generation platforms.

Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to meet or exceed appointment-based targets consistently.

Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work US shifts to align with the target market's time zone.

CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM tools to track and manage leads efficiently.
