Role: Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales)

Location: Pune (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time (Night Shift)


Role Overview


We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our inside sales team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting outbound sales activities, and building relationships with potential clients in the US market. This role requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to understand and articulate our diverse service offerings effectively.


Required Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong phone presence and professional communication style
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Ability to work in US time zone (Night Shift)
  • Computer proficiency
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in inside sales
  • Ability to hold conversations (not scripted)
  • Knowledge of US business culture and communication styles


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to potential clients in the US market
  • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target organizations
  • Present Unicalibre's services effectively to prospects
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings for senior sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM
  • Research and identify new potential clients
  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships
  • Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for lead nurturing
  • Stay updated on company services and industry trends


Working Hours:


  • Night shift aligned with US business hours
