We launched in November 2024, and we’re already working with paying enterprise clients and dozens of fast-growing SMEs. Now, we’re looking for our first Sales Development Representative to help us build out our mid-market and enterprise pipeline across the GCC and Europe.

💼 About the Role
You’ll be at the forefront of our growth—researching, reaching out, and booking meetings with companies that should be using Scoutr. From cold outreach to discovery calls, you’ll be hands-on in building our revenue engine from scratch.
You'll work closely with our founder, have a say in how things are done, and grow fast into a closing role or GTM leadership.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Work directly with the founder to execute and improve our outbound sales strategy
- Identify and research ideal customers across the GCC and Europe
- Drive outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule high-impact meetings
- Run discovery calls with potential clients
- Test and iterate on messaging and outreach tactics
- Help build the sales playbook as we scale
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years in a sales or business development role
- Comfortable researching leads, writing compelling cold emails, and picking up the phone
- Confident communicating with C-level decision-makers
- Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in fast-moving environments
- Clear communicator with strong storytelling skills
- Bonus (but not required): experience in B2B SaaS or selling to Talent Acquisition / HR teams
