A fast-growing tech academy is looking for its first-ever SDR to build their outbound sales machine from scratch. They train and place talent with businesses across the UK, creating equitable opportunities in tech. No legacy problems. No politics. • First-year OTE of £50–60k – place 10 consultants at circa £150 GP/day and earn around £20k commission. A target the MD sees as achievable (though margins can vary).

What You’ll Actually Do

• Hunt new leads, build trust with decision-makers.

• Be where deals happen – not just behind a desk.

Who You Need to Be

• You’ve done B2B sales – SaaS, tech or SOW/project-based recruitment.
• You’re self-driven – you’ll have the MD’s playbook but no babysitting.
• You’re good in the room – deals happen face-to-face.
• You’re patient but relentless – the long game pays best.
