Job Description

The Business Development Representative will join our vibrant team in Irving, TX. This role provides a unique chance to dive into the exciting world of tax consulting, while expanding our brand's reach and forging strong business relationships. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, strategic thinking, and a passion for unearthing new business opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Make Cold/Warm calls to CPA firms and businesses.
  • Meet with prospects to detail services.
  • Learn to analyze and qualify potential clients.
  • Manage proposal submissions and handle contracts for outside sales.
  • Participate in educational presentations and networking events.
  • Attend and support marketing campaigns and trade shows to boost brand visibility.
  • Familiarize yourself with all service lines, with an emphasis on Enterprise Zone and R&D tax incentives.
  • Other assignments as required.


Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Aspiring to grow into an outside sales position.
  • Technologically adept.
  • Prior exposure to a financial background is a distinct advantage.
  • Experience with Salesforce is beneficial.


Education and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.


Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
