Summary

Hally are seeking a hungry and ambitious SDR candidate for Germany, who will have the benefit of joining a market leading enterprise software company recognised as a pioneer in their field.


This role will suit someone who has been in a similar prospecting, outbounding, business development type position already for 1-2 years, ideally in a software or technology sales environment, who is now ready for a step-up in complexity and challenge.

What you'll need to be considered:

  • 1-2 years as an SDR/BDR/BDM in a technology sales environment, ideally software/SaaS
  • Track record of quota/KPI attainments for meetings/pipeline/revenue generated
  • Exceptional ambition, hunger and desire to succeed - fighting spirit
  • Entrepreneurial character who can display evidence of proactive personal development and willingness to learn and progress
  • Coachable and goal-driven
  • Excellent communication skills with native German language and fluent in English
