Your mission:
Sales Team Development (On- and Off Trade): continuous improvement of the teams’ performance by managing internal KPI setting and tracking
Process Management ( On- and Off Trade ): development, implementation and management of internal processes
Job Responsibilities
Sales Teams Development and Control (On and Off Trade)
Develop, define and track specific KPIs for respective line managers to control and lead their reports (commercial excellence)
MH Academy Lead – Improve the usage of MH Academy, defining the local mandatory trainings and their follow-up.
Control (evaluate, allocate, communicate, track) annual T&E budgets of the OnTrade Team
Control (evaluate, allocate, communicate, track) annual A&P budgets of the OnTrade Team
Aspire Local Leader
Training of the MHDE Users
Local Administration of Aspire master data
Creating of Reports and Dashboards
Actively contribute to the further development of Aspire
Fuel requirements of MHDE into the innovation funnel
Upload of Data (Objectives, Sellout) to Qlik
On Trade Process Management
Analysis and derive activity plans for the Sales Director and the sales teams regarding
Customer universe
Channels
Sales team(s)
Regional data (distribution, prices, resource investment, )
Management of continuous improvement of Sales: identify potentials, set up projects, project management and/or implementation
Manage one intern; recruitment, coaching, task management
On Trade Customer Activation
Management of A&P
Annual Budget split according to strategic plan and Budget/LE
Develop and implement reports
Track entries, identify plan variances, evaluate and derive action plans; communication of such
Degree level education in Commercial and/or Business Administration or related areas, emphasis Sales and/or Distribution
Languages
English & German fluent written & spoken, French is a plus

5+ years of experience working in the area of sales and distribution controlling
