With over 200,000 users, we’re now scaling our SaaS go-to-market engine—and looking for a strong Sales Development Manager to lead and grow our outbound sales team in Lahore, Pakistan.



Role Overview


You’ll be responsible for building and managing a high performance SDR team focused on generating qualified leads for our U.S. sales team. You’ll own daily operations, coach reps, implement outreach strategies, and partner closely with AEs, Marketing, and Product to scale our top-of-funnel motion.



Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a team of SDRs focused on U.S.-based outreach

• Build outbound campaigns and sales cadences using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay

• Monitor and improve SDR performance: outreach volume, reply rate, meetings booked, and SQL conversion

• Coach SDRs on objection handling, messaging, and persona targeting

• Collaborate with AEs to ensure proper qualification and handoff of leads

• Build reporting dashboards to track pipeline contribution and campaign ROI

• Maintain data hygiene and enforce CRM discipline



Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in SDR team leadership (B2B SaaS or U.S. market strongly preferred)

• Deep familiarity with outbound tools (Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn)

• Proven success hitting SQL or meetings-booked targets through structured campaigns

• Excellent written and verbal English communication

• Strong management and coaching mindset

• Data-driven with ability to set and track KPIs

• Comfortable working U.S. time zone



Nice to Have

• Experience in HR tech, or SaaS

• Prior work with U.S.-based SDR teams or offshore BPO setups

• Ability to design and run A/B tests for messaging and cadences
