The Intern assists designated department management and staff in performing assigned tasks under direct or general supervision. The intern will:
- Run and maintain basic reports and dashboards to help track SDR team performance and activity (Excel and Salesforce experience preferred)
- Participate in regular team meetings and take notes, track action items, and follow up where needed
- Help with special projects such as account enrichment, research, or tool/process audits
- Research and identify potential leads and target accounts using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and CRM databases
- Support lead queue management by organizing, reassigning, and ensuring timely lead follow-up, and helping to qualify inbound leads where needed
- Ensure sales opportunity notes are complete, current, and properly logged in the CRM
- Assist with CRM data hygiene by updating and maintaining accurate records of leads, contacts, and accounts
- Help monitor and clean up duplicate leads/accounts to maintain data integrity
- Collaborate with SDRs and managers to review and optimize territory/account assignments
- Support SDR enablement efforts by organizing call scripts, email templates, and training content
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and support campaign execution
