As a Sales Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting complex data sets to drive change and delivering insights to the business. You will be a key player as you work in driving efficiency by improving the day-to-day operations and working with multiple teams to drive growth. What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking lead and ownership of the role - you will be working with teams to own the process
• Oversee and optimize workflows to enhance sales productivity and minimize manual tasks
• Gather requirements for dashboards from business users. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams for smooth data flow and aligned goals.
• Analyse sales data for improvement and quick, data-driven decisions, including tracking deals and activities for accuracy and efficiency, ensuring proper categorization
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and compliance, creating reports and dashboards for insights
  
  

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Experience in data modelling techniques, specific to consumer insights - CRM / sales data / pipeline management is a must
• Experience working with various and building relationships with stakeholders to gather the requirements; to analyse metrics be able to translate them into actionable insights
• Ability to create complex SQL queries, Stored Procedures, and User Defined Functions.
• Exposure to visualisation and dashboarding (PowerBI, Tableau etc) is a plus.
• Experience in Python is a plus, as you will be working with automation
