Requirements

What we expect from our new colleague:

oFluent written and spoken French language skills; Intermediate English level;

oExperience in Telesales, Customer Service with product placement or Collections, outbound calls;

oPassion for delivering exceptional customer service and engaging with clients;

oYou thrive in a target-driven environment and are motivated to achieve results;

oComfortable in a repetitive environment, adaptable and methodical.

Responsibilities

Your new role:

oDrive sales through proactive B2C calls, engaging customers to understand their needs and coordinate branch evaluation visits;

oEnsure client satisfaction, clarify information, research every issue and provide optimal solutions;

oBuild lasting relationships with customers, making sure their needs are met;

oGo the extra mile to engage customers.
