Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Sales Coordinator with an IT background to support our sales team and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the technical aptitude to understand and explain IT products or services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the sales team by managing schedules, client communications, and sales documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and technical teams to ensure accurate information is conveyed to clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations in collaboration with sales and technical staff.
  • Track sales leads, customer inquiries, and follow-ups through CRM systems.
  • Assist in managing and updating client databases and maintaining accurate records of sales interactions.
  • Monitor sales metrics and generate regular reports for management.
  • Provide pre-sales support including product knowledge, software/hardware recommendations, and solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Help organize product demos, webinars, and client meetings.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and technological advancements relevant to the company’s offerings.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ Years of Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Specialist, or similar role (preferably in the IT sector).
  • Strong technical knowledge or understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
