JOB TITLE: SALES COORDINATOR - INDIA


Overall, Mission

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in the cold chain industry. The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and logistics teams. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.


Main Contribution

Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track sales performance, monitor targets, and provide necessary reports.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer inquiries, and product orders.
  • Participation in an online bidding platform with maximum query closure.

Order Management:

  • Follow up with customers to confirm orders, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain regular communication with customer for incremental business

Customer Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, addressing inquiries or issues regarding orders, product availability, and shipments.
  • Provide product information, pricing details, and promotional material to customers as needed.

Database Management:

  • Maintain and update customer databases in CRM systems to ensure accurate records and efficient tracking.

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare regular sales reports for management, summarizing key performance metrics.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of transactions, ensuring adherence to company policies.


Experience And Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales processes, regulatory standards, and product knowledge is a plus.


Language

  • English, Hindi or any other regional language will be an added advantage.


Specific Experience & Knowledge Required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and industry trends is an advantage.


Interpersonal skills ("Essential")

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM and sales management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
