Sales Coordinator cum CRM Executive is one who assigns leads to sales engineers, collects customer requirements, establishes need, resolves their objections, sends proposals, by negotiating and finalizing the order or fixing up appointment with field sales engineer and collecting payment. SUB FUNCTIONS: B2B SALES: 1. Lead data base management 2. Appointment setting 3. Customers database entry 4. Payment follow-up 5. Dispatch details intimation 6. Sending proforma invoice 7. Creating scope of supply 8. Creating contract review format 9. Create Calls plan for the Week 10.
