Summary

Job title: Sales Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues and customers. This candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity. They will also work closely with sales teams to maximize performance.

We develop, build, own, and operate utility-scale renewable energy (RE) projects as well as distributed solar energy projects that generate clean energy for commercial and industrial sectors.

We make energy, temperature-controlled facilities & water accessible to our clients through developing state of art, efficient, safe and cost-effective integrated solutions that help our clients reach their environmental & sustainable economic development goals.

Role Description:

  • Connect with prospects seeking Sales opportunities through Cold Calling, Networking and Social Media etc.. to identify and generate a steady stream of leads, fueling our sales pipeline making every interaction count.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting with creativity and persistence to uncover new opportunities.
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, preparing tender documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Identify new contacts, generate sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximize revenue.
  • Schedule high-impact meetings and appointments for our Business Development team with qualified leads & managing team’s calendar.
  • Coordinating the team’s RFP with technical team and following up on offers sent to clients.
  • Establishing and managing connections with Key Personnel within potential customers, including developers, industries, Governmental and Private entities.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for BD team & Technical Office.
  • A curious mindset and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
  • Conduct solar market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Work closely with engineering and technical teams to make sure proposals are timely delivered.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our Sales team to smash targets and exceed goals.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the BD Manager to include the reporting of appointments, calls made, business leads and conducted meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Sales Coordination/ Customer Service experience is a MUST.
  • Cold Calling Champion is a must-have.
  • Excellent Customer Service, Communication skills and presentation abilities.
  • A Problem-Solver with a Can-Do attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Excellent command of English language and Email writing skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities with ease.
  • Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with IT tools (Microsoft Office/Google Suite and CRM systems)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
