Success in this role will be demonstrated by proactively participating in the overall sales process to help the team drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. Position Overview / Description Responsible for the organization and analysis of business/anchor accounts to improve customer experience and retention. Maintains current sales database of accounts with promotional events, dates and metric outcomes. Collaborate with the Sales Team and clients to ensure products adhere to client specifications and needs. Assist in the review of pre-sale proposals and preparation of administration of sales orders. Researches and analyzes the market sales data to determine robust strategies to attract varied types of sales initiatives. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting and analyzing customer data. Responsible for staff technical training regarding sales campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines. Performs all other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge of BBT products and services. Strong service and team-oriented characteristics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills with proficiency in MicroSoft Suite. Skilled in analytical thinking and problem solving. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
