Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain data accuracy within Salesforce (SFDC) including accounts, contacts, opportunities, and reporting dashboards.
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day operations including CRM updates, pipeline tracking, documentation, and sales support activities.
  • Coordinate with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) on lead registrations, deal updates, commercial approvals, and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales performance reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline and forecast, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
  • Follow up with internal teams, clients, partners, and OEMs to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, finance, and delivery teams to support end-to-end deal closure.
  • Assist with proposal generation, quote management, and order processing tasks.
  • Track lead-to-deal conversion, partner programs, and incentive claims in coordination with OEM partners.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance sales operations efficiency.


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM platforms is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
