Summary

  • Managing Sales:
  • Responsible for getting PO/Schedules from Customers Portal /Account manager /PPC and communicate the same to Plant team.
  • Real time Tracking and monitoring of Schedules Vs Actual supplies
  • Internal coordination (With plant PPC, commercial, Finance, store team and Marketing) on the sales/supply activities.
  • Weekly/monthly reports to be generated and Dashboards to be prepared
  • Responsible for monitoring and tracking of payment collections from customers and communicate to Marketing team on the overdue invoices.
  • Responsible for monitoring Business plan Vs actual supplies /Schedules
  • Responsible for monitoring and tracking of new business into mass production
  • Managing inquiries:
  • Responsible for Registering, tracking of RFQs.
  • Responsible to make weekly/monthly reports on RFQs
  • Responsible for preparing MIS report for Sales and Marketing
  • Responsible for tooling cost monitoring (plan and monitor)
  • New customer registration in SAP
  • Customer agreements tracking and sign off with account managers
