Summary

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who can be the operational backbone of our sales team. You’ll work closely with Sales Engineers, channel partners, and customers to ensure smooth execution of the sales process — from inquiry to order to post-sales handover.

This role requires someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball. You’ll need to coordinate internal stakeholders, track leads in CRM, handle follow-ups, generate quotations, and ensure customers always have a smooth, professional experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the sales pipeline in our CRM (Zoho)
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineers to track lead status, follow-ups, and demos
  • Communicate with customers and channel partners for documentation, payments, and delivery updates
  • Create and send quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-up emails
  • Work with the production and service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of printers
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order status
  • Generate weekly reports and assist with sales performance tracking
  • Support top-of-funnel outreach by coordinating email and WhatsApp campaigns via automation tools (e.g., Wati.io, Brevo, Calendly)


What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience: 1–3 years in a Sales Coordination / Inside Sales / Customer Operations role


Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
  • Familiarity with quotation and invoice generation
  • Basic understanding of hardware or manufacturing products (a big plus)
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Tools You’ll Work With: Zoho CRM, Wati.io, Excel/Google Sheets, Calendly, Brevo/Mailchimp
  • Ability to converse in English and Hindi is Mandatory


Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience in a hardware or B2B tech company
  • Understanding of capital goods sales cycles and after-sales processes
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
