 JOB SUMMARY:

 The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing inbound and outbound sales processes, qualifying leads, and maintaining CRM data accuracy. This role involves engaging with potential clients, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at building relationships with prospects and clients.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Inbound Lead Management:

·  Follow up on inbound leads, providing information about products or services and guiding prospects through the sales process.

·  Handle inbound calls from potential customers, addressing inquiries and converting them into qualified sales opportunities.

·  Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues effectively.


2Outbound Campaign Execution:

·  Assist in executing outbound call campaigns to targeted client segments.

  • Engage with potential clients to introduce products or services, identify needs, and establish rapport for future sales opportunities.
