The Position
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be based from a sales office in the West 5 days a week including weekends, with 2 days off during the week.
You will manage the sales suite and the end to end sales process. You will follow up on all leads and provide exemplary customer service to purchasers, accurately complete and process all sales contracts, conditions and deposits, attend weekly sales meetings and ultimately meet all sales targets.
You will also manage the CRM and provide weekly and monthly reports to management, monitor market conditions and competitor activity and maintain up to date knowledge to assist the organization in developing sales and marketing strategies and remaining competitive with pricing and product.
For You
About You
This opportunity will ideally suit an experienced and qualified Sales Consultant with a strong background of sales from a Developer, Volume Builder or Agency. Ideally you have Built Form experience although Land or H&L agents will also be considered.
Experience and knowledge of the Western corridor is essential.
You ideally hold a current VIC Agent’s Rep Certificate/Cert IV Real Estate or the equivalent, a current driver’s licence and own vehicle and the ability to work Saturdays & Sundays.
