Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate, analyze, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of monthly commission payments for the global sales team
  • Own the end-to-end sales compensation process, including incentive plan design, administration, monthly calculations, and payouts
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Finance, and HR to implement and support both new and existing compensation plans
  • Support the annual rollout of compensation plans through implementation, training for analysts and sales reps, and clear communication across the organization
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes through standardization and automation; identify and report scalable improvements to drive accuracy, efficiency, and a better user experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Commission Analyst or similar role in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly motivated and self-driven
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exposure to executive-level reporting (e.g., preparing summaries and analysis for senior leadership)
  • Experience working with CaptivateIQ or similar sales commission platforms
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, global organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
