What’s your Mission

This is not your typical sales job. As a BDM here, you’ll own the entire commercial cycle —from identifying new opportunities to closing deals and expanding existing accounts. You'll work closely with product and engineering to shape solutions that fit real customer needs.

You’ll also have influence in shaping our GTM strategy and packaging. We value people who bring insights from the field and help us build better, not just sell better.


What you’ll drive

From direction…

  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategies, processes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape client-focused solutions
  • Coordinate with marketing to align the GTM strategy and lead generation efforts

To execution…

  • Own the full sales cycle and build a robust pipeline: outreach, discovery, proposals, closing, and account growth
  • Structure deals and pricing with value-based analysis
  • Engage and grow existing accounts, creating feedback loops to drive product improvements
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences


What you bring

  • Most important: An entrepreneurial mindset. You’re a self-starter, experimenter, and eager to own your outcomes
  • Ability to translate technical product features into customer value
  • Strong track record of the full B2B sales cycle, from cold outreach to closing and account growth
  • Comfortable navigating complex decision-making processes in industrial or retail organizations
  • Minimum 3 years of Business Development / Sales experience, preferably in tech, industrial, or retail sectors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages a plus)
  • Willingness to travel to international conferences and client meetings
