We are hiring the Sales & Business Development Manager for Turkey to be based in Istanbul and work remotely from home for our client, Salto Systems!
Salto Systems is a leading global access solutions provider, pioneering facility access, identity management, and electronic locking technology to ensure reliable and secure experiences.
In this position, you will establish and manage marketing and sales strategies, ensure a consistent branding strategy, and research business growth and expansion opportunities.
You will also establish and maintain professional relationships with new clients, partners, government agencies, and other parties to ensure successful and mutual cooperation.
You will also research and analyse market opportunities, identify potential target audiences, and establish business proposals.
Ultimately, you will manage budgets, create business plans, and regularly report to the Regional Manager for Mediterranean Countries.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise business operations and development in Turkey
- Establish and oversee operating budgets and create annual business plans
- Develop and manage marketing and sales strategies and increase brand recognition
- Research and implement opportunities for business growth and expansion
- Research and evaluate market opportunities and competition, and identify potential target audiences
- Establish business proposals and negotiate business deals and pricing
- Manage and monitor business activities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with business partners, stakeholders, clients, and other parties
- Implement and ensure a consistent branding strategy
- Collaborate with executives and upper management on strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or a similar field
- Previous working experience in commercial and management roles for a minimum of 5 years
- A general knowledge base of Turkey’s economy and the Electronic Access Control industry
- Fluent in Turkish
- Superb communication, collaboration, and networking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel in Turkey
