Job Summary:
This is a high-impact role responsible for growing revenue, improving sales efforts, and expanding client relationships. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with experience in any of the following: construction, real estate, architecture, engineering, or municipal sales. The sales cycle is relationship-based, medium to long-term, and typically requires a consultative selling approach.
The salesperson will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities while also leveraging ATS’s existing client base.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Drive overall revenue growth by leading, managing, and championing company-wide sales initiatives.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, working independently and collaboratively with department managers to support sustainable, multi-year growth.
- Cultivate relationships through in-person sales meetings, strategic phone outreach, targeted email campaigns, and participation in networking events.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to client satisfaction, utilizing ZOHO CRM to streamline and enhance inbound and outbound sales efforts. Promote and support company-wide CRM adoption and optimization.
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of ATS’s services to confidently communicate value propositions and solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate on and help lead the execution of marketing strategies aimed at boosting brand awareness, thought leadership, and qualified lead generation.
- Support operational and departmental excellence by fostering collaboration across teams and leading initiatives that deliver added value to the business.
- Nurture long-term client relationships, with a strong focus on retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of sales experience, commercial / industrial construction, real estate, architecture, engineering, or municipal sales.
- Experience with CRM and structured sales processes.
- Track record of excelling at hitting sales targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent work ethic, time management, organization, and follow-through.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Nice to have:
- Commercial / industrial sales or account management experience.
- Experience building or improving sales processes.

- Management experience with potential to lead a sales team.
- RFQ & proposal writing experience
