STALEKS is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of high-quality manicure and pedicure tools. The company was founded 29 years ago and is currently the market leader in Ukraine, successfully exporting its products to 90 countries worldwide.

We are looking for a Sales Manager for the Netherlands who will also work with the markets of Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

We are looking for someone who lives in the Netherlands and is fluent in English and Ukrainian (or Russian).

The responsibilities for this position include:

• Searching for and establishing partnerships with training centers in the fields of manicure, pedicure, and lash & brow.
• Maintaining and communicating with the existing client base.
• Achieving sales targets and connecting new schools, fulfilling specific tasks.
• Identifying influencers and promoting the Staleks brand in the region.
• Searching for and participating in industry events (exhibitions, championships, congresses).
• Keeping reports in Google Sheets.

What is important to us:

• Experience in active sales for at least 1 year.
• Fluent in Ukrainian/Russian.
• Proficient in English at a B2 level. Knowledge of French and German will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic computer programs (MS Excel, MS Word).
• Understanding of social media algorithms such as Instagram and Facebook.
• Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
• Willingness to travel for business—at least 5 days a month.
• A driver’s license.
• Communication skills and a results-oriented approach.
