Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in (Auroville) Puducherry. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing transactions, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes daily tasks such as greeting customers, answering their questions, providing product recommendations, processing sales, and handling returns or exchanges. The Sales Associate will also be involved in maintaining the companys product catalogue online, as well as meeting sales targets and contributing to company’s marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales skills and knowledge of sales techniques
• Ability to process transactions and manage cash registers
• Proficiency in maintaining product knowledge and inventory management
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet sales targets
• Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus
• MBA or Equivalent degree
