Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service specialist to join a leading company based in Hayward, CA. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customer accounts and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire service lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients managing their accounts and addressing their needs.
• Support clients throughout the customer lifecycle by ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with operations and nutrition teams to address client concerns and implement service improvements.
• Schedule and participate in regular check-ins with clients to maintain strong relationships and address any issues.
• Maintain and update organizational calendars and checklists to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor and resolve service-related issues, escalating as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide accurate and timely updates to internal systems to keep client information current and accessible.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the education, food service, or public sector.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other related software
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proven ability to resolve customer service issues effectively and professionally.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with customer service best practices, including inbound call management and problem resolution.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
