About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Assistant Intern to join our team!

As an Intern, you will gain valuable experience in sales, customer relations, and market research, working closely with our team to help drive business growth.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning the back-office sales process in a tech environment, honing their communication skills, and contributing to both internal and external

business activities.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales of products and services

  • Identifying, analyzing, and reporting on local and international donors' opportunities by researching the industry and market trends
  • Help identify and develop business opportunities with current and prospective customers
  • Leads Generation
  • Assist in building and maintaining a Yearly Sales Forecast
  • Sales status controlling and monitoring
  • Tracking, structuring, and follow-ups on all current and new company Contracts
  • Responsible for continuous effective inter-sectoral communication and coordination and reporting related to Projects Delivery statuses
  • Generating reports to customers
  • Help manage and maintain customer Account
  • Analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on the activities and updates related to competing companies on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
  • Set and enforce company processes and standards for operations and quality of service

Price Lists and Offers

  • Preparation, Submission, and continuous updating of the standardized Project
  • Charters, Customer Offers, and Presentations

Clients/Accounts

  • Creation of contact lists while establishing new contacts as well
  • Provide information updates on clients regarding sales status and cycles
  • Distribution of presentation material, data sheets, etc.
  • Preparation and realization of promo and sales events.


QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in business, e-business, IT, or a related field.
  • General knowledge of IT and B2B sales
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Excellent English language knowledge
  • Highly motivated self-starter, detail-oriented
  • Highly responsible and well-organized person
  • Great communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
