Order Processing, distributing applicable files/forms to the necessary departments.
General front office work, coordinating with other team members to relieve receptionist as needed.
Maintaining sales order files. Matching documents and filing them in the appropriate place for future reference.
Provide support for the Sales team.
Handle incoming calls, take messages, and greet visitors.
Back-up for Data/order entry - Entering customer information, order specifications, product item numbers, and selling prices. Processing change orders, working with the sales team.
All other duties as directed by manager.
Qualifications For Sales Assistant
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good verbal and communication skills
Accurate data entry skills
Ability to prioritize projects and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency using computers - specifically with Microsoft Excel
