Summary

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述:

  • Locate and deliver new business according to sales plan.
  • Establish a sales strategy for Water Filtration markets in China – Water Treatment.
  • Locate and establish distribution/dealer outlets within target market sectors where necessary.
  • Network within Boll & Kirch sales organisation to establish where appropriate effective application outlets for products.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and potential dealers.
  • Provide on-site applications engineering support.
  • Ensure the correct level of service is achieved for existing OEM and dealer accounts.
  • To ensure the order in-take is in-line with the business plan.
  • Accurately forecast customer/market trends for forward planning.
  • Determine direction for increased growth.
  • Provide clear customer objectives to the team to build a high level of customer focus throughout the business.
  • Ensure product-pricing levels in accordance with the company and market structure. Pricing needs to be in-line with Market acceptability (sell the benefits) and ensure an acceptable return for the business profitability.
  • Commercial Negotiations at the highest level within the customer base.
  • Forecast customer current and future requirements to provide feed back to the business to plan for the demand accordingly.
  • Provide sales forecast data to aid the company business planning process.
  • Feedback market trends and future customer technical requirements to the business. Need to look ahead to ensure business is equipped to meet all future needs of the markets.
  • Determine and communicate competitor’s market pricing and develop pricing plan for target markets.
  • To fully follow all project and sales activity from first off enquiry to final project completion and sign off.
  • Develop a distribution model for establishing a water filtration sales dealer network.
  • Develop an OEM model for applications in your scope of responsibility.
  • Other tasks assigned by superior 任职要求:
  • Degree qualified Engineering/Business
  • Previous experience in Engineering Sales Environment
  • Previous experience in Water Filtration / Treatment Industries sales account and distribution management
  • Fluent English
  • Engineering Background and understanding of Filtration and Application technology is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure
