Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Service Specialist. The Sales and Service Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales initiatives. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, guiding them through our products and services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves overseeing sales processes, training new sales staff, and managing sales operations effectively to meet company goals.
Qualifications

- Ability to provide Training and support to sales staff
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
