Duties and Responsibilities 1. Plan, organize and monitor service activities as an after sales services for Mechatronics products based on Customer inquiries and in accordance with Department’s objective and Standard Operating Procedures. 2. Analyze products failure and service result based on product manual and guidelines. 3. Conduct repair to the Customer for Mechatronics products in accordance with product manual and guidelines and in line with Company’s standard and operating procedures. 4. Prepare work report and other related report as needed by the management to ensure the availability of services database and related report. 5. Perform any other related tasks given by the Company accordingly in line with Company’s policy and standards. More Specific Duties and Responsibilities 1. Receive inquiries from Dealers and/or Customers. 2. Consciously plan and arrange schedule to determine Engineer’s tasks, coordinate and monitor Engineer’s performance. 3. Verify and coordinate spare part request from Engineer. 4. Give advice and suggestion on troubleshooting implementation. 5. Prepare for in-warranty products to factory, provide analysis report of investigation result, and coordinate for failure investigation. 6. Visit Customers for product troubleshooting and services. 7. Request for parts as needed after authorized management approval. 8. Perform services as planned and conduct trial run on machine after services. 9. Prepare work report per services and prepare failure analysis report. 10. Gain access to related documents and resources, and coordinate with team as needed.
