Position - Sales and Marketing Manager( Lighting sales)
Location: Chandigarh
Experience: 4+ years in sales, preferably in premium lighting, architecture, or interior design industry
Salary: 40 k to 90 k / month
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager – to work with Premium Clients to lead our sales efforts in the luxury lighting segment. This role involves acquiring and managing high-end clients, including architects, interior designers, and developers, to drive premium lighting solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the industry, exceptional sales acumen, and leadership skills to manage a team of designers and site coordinators.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and onboard premium clients, including architects, interior designers, and luxury property developers.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales of premium lighting solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
Client & Project Management:
• Work closely with architects and designers to provide customized lighting solutions.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
• Resolve client issues efficiently to maintain high service standards.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
• Lead and mentor a team of designers and site coordinators.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, design, and execution teams.
• Provide training and support to enhance team performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in high-end lighting, interior design, or luxury real estate sales.
• Strong network of architects, interior designers, and premium clientele.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams and drive high-value sales.
• Knowledge of lighting trends, design aesthetics, and project management.
