Job Description:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Conduct cold calling, market research, and visit locations to identify new opportunities.
• Travel to courts across Location and accompany the mentor.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely service delivery.
• Track project timelines, order status, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to streamline processes.
• Provide reports on customer satisfaction, vendor performance, and key follow-ups.
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to operational efficiency.
