Job Description

  • Live in Eastern Minnesota
  • Spend 4 - 5 days/week in your territory meeting with providers, counties, schools, etc. to learn their needs, address barriers, and establish partnerships for mental health services.
  • Develop and execute a strategy and plan for increasing referrals and gaining market share.
  • Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources in your territory.
  • Deepen relationships with existing referral partners.
  • Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person and via conference call.
  • Share feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders with internal leaders to inform future marketing and services.
  • Work closely with internal partners including marketing, operations, intake and others.

Qualifications

  • Live in Eastern Minnesota
  • Fluent in English
  • 1-4 years proven sales experience - owning & overachieving sales goals is a plus
  • Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
  • Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver’s license within three hours driving distance
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, customer relationship management system (HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
