We're expanding our U.S. team and seeking a dynamic, education-savvy Sales and Implementation Specialist in Virginia. If you're a former or current educator passionate about coaching, edtech, and building meaningful partnerships, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do
* Drive sales and adoption by identifying prospects, delivering engaging product demos, managing pilots, and converting schools to long-term partners.
* Facilitate professional development sessions (both in-person and virtual) to help educators integrate Mathspace into their curriculum and instructional practices.
* Guide teachers in using student data and learning analytics to personalize instruction and inform their teaching.
* Manage relationships with schools and district leaders, serving as a trusted partner throughout the sales and implementation process.
* Represent Mathspace at conferences, networking events, and in online education communities-promptly following up with leads.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Mathspace's Customer Success, Product, and Curriculum teams to ensure high-quality delivery and feedback integration.
* Use tools like HubSpot to maintain accurate records of engagement, pipeline activity, and outreach.
* Be a flexible, self-directed contributor who brings startup energy and a willingness to grow with the role.
