Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Sales and Education Executive, Specialty, based in San Francisco, California.


The role:

Provide in-store selling and education to store management and staff, responsible for the territory and overall sales target.


What you’ll do:

In a competitive retail environment, Clarins drives innovation, customer engagement, and sales through strategic brand development, training, event participation, and collaboration with retail partners.

  • Drive Clarins brand development at SEPHORA and ULTA, achieving sales targets and executing marketing initiatives to boost retail sales.
  • Train SEPHORA and ULTA teams on Clarins products, enhancing product knowledge and application methods for improved customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Plan and execute events to increase brand visibility and drive sales, ensuring strategic participation.
  • Maintain merchandising standards in-store, ensuring impeccable visual presentation to uphold brand integrity and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Prestige Managers and General Managers to assess brand performance, set goals, and drive improvements, fostering strong retail partnerships.

You have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree preferred; minimum 3-6 years of successful in-store sales experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; adept at excellent communication and organizational skills, plus teamwork ability.
  • Skills in managing multiple projects, event schedules, and meeting critical deadlines.

Salary: $75,000-$80,000
