Summary

About the Position

PLC Auction is an international vehicle auction platform that enables worldwide vehicle trading. We provide customers with access to the best deals from auctions in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, and we manage the entire transaction cycle—from purchase to delivery.


Due to rapid expansion, we are seeking a Sales and Customer Service Director who will be responsible for developing the sales strategy, managing sales teams, and overseeing customer service quality.


Language Requirements

Required: Fluency in Russian and English (at least B2 level).

Advantage: Knowledge of Spanish, Arabic, or French.


Responsibilities

1. Developing the Sales and Customer Service Strategy

• Formulating and implementing the sales strategy for our auction platform.

• Optimizing the customer journey to increase conversions and improve service quality.

• Designing pricing, discount, and loyalty programs.

• Analyzing the competitive market and identifying new growth opportunities.

2. Managing the Sales and Customer Service Teams

• Recruiting, onboarding, and training sales and customer service specialists.

• Monitoring key KPIs (conversion rate, average order value, LTV, NPS, etc.).

• Creating sales scripts and implementing customer service procedures.

• Setting up motivational systems for the team.

3. Ensuring Customer Service Quality and Resolving Complex Issues

• Reviewing calls, chats, and other customer interactions.

• Analyzing customer feedback and complaints, and continuously improving related processes.

• Assisting the team in handling non-standard situations and providing guidance in complex cases.

• Enhancing collaboration among sales, logistics, and customer service departments.

4. Expansion and Opening of New Branches

• Overseeing the process of establishing new offices and representative branches.

• Forming and training teams in new locations.

• Monitoring sales and customer service performance in new branches.


Requirements

Mandatory: At least 3 years of experience in automotive sales.

Thorough knowledge of the automotive market, vehicle configurations, and technical specifications.

Proven track record in managing sales and customer service teams.

Strong negotiation and sales techniques.

Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and sales process automation.

Strategic thinking and market analysis skills to identify growth opportunities.

Willingness to travel if needed.
