The Box Lunch Company a was acquired by Esposto's Catering in 2013 and has been in business since 1988. We provide Full-Service Catering, Wholesale Food Production and Bakery services, with clients throughout the Bay Area.
We are currently seeking a high energy, self-motivated and talented Sales Coordinator for a
full-time position.
Responsibilities To Include
Responsible for daily booking, processing, scheduling and management of orders
Entering account orders quickly and correctly via phone, email and in-person
Ability to effectively communicate with guests, clients, staff, and management
Taking and returning client phone calls
Coordinate deliveries/pickups/returns directly with clients
Maintain high performance of service and courtesy
Resolve client/guest situations in a professional and promptly manner
Desired Skills & Experience
Capable of multitasking
Self-motivated, extremely organized and detail orientated
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Interest in building strong and lasting client relationships
Be PC proficient in Microsoft Office and Quick Books
Have a good sense of humor in a fast-paced environment
Be reliable, professional, and articulate
Outgoing and friendly individual who works well with a full sales team
Be able to work in a sitting position for long periods of time
Requirements
Prior sales and food industry knowledge is preferred
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
Quick learner and willingness to succeed
Compensation: $22-$25 per hour
