Job Description
• Supports Sales Manager and Deputy Head of BU in executing the Mortgage Business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovative financial solutions to deepen account adoption and to reach more customers at lower cost, in line with the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion
• Build relationship with builders, real estate agencies and other business channels to increase Mortgage business
• Approach internal and external customers and consult the mortgage products
• Develops and maintains the relationship with internal branches
• Coordinate with internal branches to increase loan files and support them by delivering necessary guidance and trainings
• Sources potential customers to increase the mortgage business
• Achieve KPIs and targets
• Deals the customers through different channels (agents, builders, walk in, referral, branches etc..)
• Coordinate with respective internal departments to success the loan files
• Adapts current processes and systems, and implements new approaches to meet current as well as emerging business trends
• Reports to management the emerging issues and market insights.
• Develops and maintains understanding of products/processes and advises management, businesses and relevant third parties
• Actively participate in the tasks and projects which has assigned by the bank, line manager, Deputy Heads and Business Unit Head
• Communicates regularly with clients, and/or peers, Managers, Senior Sales Manager;
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
